At the time, I did a solo phone interview, group interview and an in person solo interview. Enjoyed the process and questions were standard, as well as straightforward. I would guess this has changed some since Covid!

Describe a difficult customer experience and how you resolved it
it was pretty good because the recruiter was nice. he didn't really ask me that much questions but the ones he asked was very good. Now I don't have anything else to write so this will be the end of the interview process review.
Easy process not really a tough process group interview so be strong truly Location is far but well worth it everything about this job is easy and I recommend lt
