The recruiter rescheduled the meeting multiple times.At last he stood me up in the meeting without him showing up. I waited 10 minutes and left the meeting. I mailed back, but no reply afterwards. I believe its basic manner to inform the candidates if they are not showing up for the scheduled meeting.Very unprofessional. Afterwards never applied for any position in Ikea.
