I submitted an application through their site, the ad was posted on LinkedIn. They send an invitation over email after submitting the application on LinkedIn. After the interview I got an offer.

Several stages of the selection process.
A video interview on Hirevue, a call with a recruiter, and finally a group assessment day followed by an interview with a manager via Teams.
Unfortunately, they chose another candidate, but it was still a rewarding experience.

I had a video interview for an internship opportunity at IKEA with preloaded questions and definite time given for each question to record answers like in a video format. There were around 6-7 questions including personality based, technical, related to company knowledge and one time - problem design type of question which I supposed to think and answer in few minutes given
