Entretien
Applied online and was phoned up and invited to interview, unfortunately at the time I was on holidays and it would not work out. I asked for my application to be kept on file and a month later they rang back and asked was I still interested - I was delighted!
Interview is pretty simple and they want to ensure that you are excited about the company and prospect of working in a large MNC with important cultures and values. Know a lot about the company and be prepared to talk. As many roles are Customer Facing remember their "Customer First" policy. Also working under pressure as the stores are CHAOTIC!
Sometimes there are also assessment centres but I was not subject to one. Overall, a nice process just know your stuff and look up their values.

None in particular just research the company values and maybe also look at some of their YouTube videos which tells you what it's like to work for IKEA.
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
