-Started with a simple phone interview (`15 mins)
-Next was a in person interview with two team leaders (`30 mins)
-Then a follow up call stating if you were accepted or not
-Offer Email
-And finally, several follow up emails for stuff to fill out

Entretien
It was a hiring event I had an invite to but they were taking in walk-ins as well. I went through a screening process with one person who looked over my resume and asked basic question like what position I was interested in and my availability. Then I went on to interview with someone else who asked questions like why I want to work with IKEA and what I would do in difficult situations. I went home and was offered the position about two weeks later.

It was at a hiring event, ob fair, sign-in, wait to be called by interviewer, One-on-one, face to face. I was one of the last people to arrive but they were very accommodating.
