I attended a job fair. It was very efficient. Great experience. interviewers are nice and friendly, and professional. the job fair is very well organized and thought out. no wasting of time. met with two line managers altogether.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
