Very organized. Questions are very detailed and thorough. My interviewer explained very clearly what the job is like and what's expected of me. Was asked about my availability in details (specific days and times).

You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
