This was my first interview of a supposed 3, if successful. I was greeted by the manager and a HR rep. Led me to a small, nicely decorated room. Told me the process: structured questions and personal questions.

Very straight forward.
Not stressful.
Response is quick.
Interviewers are polite and ask pertinent questions, that are relevant to the task.
If you show evidence of knowledge in the field, you'll most likely be up for a role with the organization.

I progressed through a phone interview where I was asked a few questions about myself, followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and then I got an email with the offer letter.
