Entretien
Group interview with 3 activities. 1) Given a product and asked to rebrand and resell it. 2) Given 10 customer service statements pick the best 5 and explain why the other 5 are not as good. 3) Take in a picture of your favorite room (prepare what you are going to say before this it really helps).
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
