Entretien
First was a phone screen with a recruiter, basic questions. Then met with the lab manager and one other lady. They were both very welcoming. Best interview I have ever had. Questions were mainly behavioral and work related, they were pretty easy. Had a small tour around the lab. They even looked up my volunteer website, which made me feel appreciated. Great first impression! Only downside was that it took months for the offer.

Entretien
Spoke with an internal recruiter, and had a video chat with the team. Interview went well. High praise from all involved, and was absolutely ghosted. I can handle rejection, but being ghosted is so unprofessional, especially in this market with how understaffed these businesses are, and how small the talent pool is. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick, or communicative process.

Hiring Process was pretty slow as had to wait for a couple of weeks to schedule the technical round interview. The interview was based on 3 parts- CV, technical and interpersonal skills.
