I've been rejected on the very initial stage of application process. My profile was perfectly matching the vacancy specifications, however, I wasn't even invited to the interview. Most probably they already have people preselected and advertise the jobs only to show as if they are compliant with the procedures. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

1 step - call with the recruiter 2 step - digital interview (video interview - you will have about 1 min to prepare and 3 min to answer) - questions are about customer service, why do you think you will suit the role, your skills which are relevant for the position etc 3 step - interview with the hiring manager (or 2)
