The interview for my job position was well organised and went smoothly. It was set up as a two-step process. The first part was held through an online platform where I could record myself answering automated questions verbally. It also included some written answers in the end. The second part was held online as well – through a video call.
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.

Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.
