Intitial recruiter was very unprofessional as she ghosted me several times on the day of our phone call. The phone number she provided on her mail was fake and out of service. After eventually getting her on the phone after several attempts to reschedule the phone screen I had another senior recruiter reach out to me with no phone number given in her email (very odd) and I met with a manager who informed me this role was long term and I would be working for another company not ICON. Sure OK. When I met with the hiring manager from the other company he said it was only a 6 month contract which floored me because nobody I spoke with at ICON had even mentioned that this was a 6 month contract. All in all I wasn’t chosen and when I did ask for feedback from the hiring manager or recruiter they didn’t give me a response. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Stay away from ICON!
