I had an initial HR/recruiter phone interview followed by two lengthy video interviews with staff. I never heard back on the position, which I find disrespectful to candidates' time. The interviews themselves seemed pretty standard and not particularly difficult.

A few calls with the program leads talking about what they did. I did 2 rounds of interviews with them that was 30 mins long. Then they mainly asked about what I previously did in my jobs.
