Terrible interview experience. The interview itself was very impersonal and vague. There appeared to be a lack of communication/coordination between the technical staff and HR as well as between the technical staff. After 3 hours of interviewing with 6 different people I still did not have a good idea of what the job would entail or the culture of the group that I would be working with. There was only time left at the end for 1 or 2 questions. I was asked to complete a second interview. but the questions asked were related to an area that I had no experience in nor work that I was interested in pursuing. It was clear from my resume and the prior interviews that I did not have this specific experience. This interview process was a complete waste of my time. I have no interest in working for this company.
