This was my dream job and I was very prepared for this interview. In fact, I interviewed for this position two separate times within a span of 1 year. The interview panel was nice, I was interviewed by 4 people on both occasions. I tried my absolute best both times and left feeling great. Only bummer is no matter how prepared you are, they only care about experience and credentials. I have a degree in wildlife biology with 1 year of environmental science experience and I nailed my interview both times and did not get the position either time.

I had one interview with a recruiter and one 1-hour long interview with a group of 3 people. I heard back from the recruiter in around 1 or 2 weeks with an offer.

First had a phone screen call, then moved onto a 1 hour panel call with the team. Had an interview panel with Senior Bio Manager, Senior Env Planner, and Director of Environmental Compliance

Interview with leaders who have been with the company for 10 plus years and interview with the team the position would work with. Both teams were welcoming and the interview felt like a conversation.
