only had 1 round, behavioral, this was for an intern position. really only an assessment of your values/culture fit. Be prepared to discuss why ICF, why this position, and why sustainability focus if necessary
Good, nice interviewers. Really easy to talk to and not too difficult questions. Previous roles were a big focus, and dealing with difficulties within those roles. I suggest focusing on this for interview prep.

I applied through Careers Page and received a call from HR in few days. There was a basic resume shortlisting and it was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One with Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Another with Senior Manager.
