I was contacted by an in-house ICF recruiter about a case manager position; when she mentioned there is also a supervisor position, I asked to be considered for it. She passed this request along to the team, and after testing that my Skype for Business video/audio worked correctly, I scheduled a group Skype for Business video interview with four of my superiors. The very next day after this skype interview, I was offered the supervisor position that I'd asked to be considered for. The entire process only took 8 days from initial contact to job offer; after that, it was just a matter of passing my background check!
