Went through phone screening a few weeks after submitted application. Phone screening was a general interview about my background and experiences. Fairly straight forward. No technical questions in this round -- perhaps they would occur later in the process
They were really friendly and helpful. The interview was easy to schedule and they were very communicative. The interviews weren't super technical, and I mostly talked about relevant past experiences.

Three rounds, two behavioral + one technical
The recruiter was extremely unclear about the interview formats—they even gave out misleading information. I wasn't sure how the entire process was structured until the final round.

I was first called for a screening with the Hiring Manager and then an online 4-hour long interview with 5 people in the team. It was a bit repetitive since it was not a group interview but one-on-ones. However, after spending over 4 hours on Zoom, they did not get back to me even to give me the courtesy of letting me know that they had decided to go for someone else.
