They are also evaluating your personality to see if you'd be a good fit with the team. Interviewers range from managers to entry level staff.

Interview questions and job description in the interview was not the same as the job description provided by the website and recruiter. One of the interviewers was late, had clearly not read my resume and asked a lot of "gotcha" questions.
