Got contacted by a recruiter from ICF and was told to set up a time for a phone interview. After I set up a time it took 3 months before the actually phone interview was conducted. THe interview itself was generally easy and positive. After the interview, I was told that someone would contact me in a few days to see if I made it to the next round. I went weeks without hearing back from them.

The HR is friendly, but without asking much about my experience, she jumped right into asking me about the salary expectation. I was informed that the salary would definitely not exceed 100k, even though the job description suggesting a range with a maximum of almost 120k.
Zoom interview with basic resume-based and HR questions lasted 45 mins. Had a pre-interview screening call with the recruiter, describing the position and asking for basic experience qualifications, which lasted 20 mins.

Another ICF recruiter connected me with the recruiter for this position. Initially, I sent a little information about myself over email. I then had two, 45 minute video interviews with four different team members. The meetings went as about expected, interviewers were honest about their experiences. Two weeks later, the recruiter notified me that I didn't get the position.
