First interview is over the phone, second in-person, and than the third/last interview is also in-person with project leads and project managers. All interviews are scheduled very promptly and professionally. The team at ICF is great and very welcoming; interviews can be very informative along with a memorable experience.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
