Applied online; recruiter responded and set up 30 min. phone interview. Recruiter recommended me for in-person on site interview. Two people met with me, alternated asking questions. Recruiter called me about two weeks later to tell me that the interviewers had decided that the job would not provide enough of a challenge for me.
