Entretien
Applied online was contacted 2 days later for an interview. Went into the office for interview about a week later. After 1 on 1 interview was contacted be state director and did a phone interview. About 3 days later an offer of employement was offered.
Recruiters do not have details on the duties of positions applied for, and it is an initial Robocall. Not a warm fuzzy for internal or external applicants, but especially internal associates who are applying for a promotion.
