It was very simple, I was asked about my personality, experiences, and was able to ask about the job, and company. There was first a phone interview, then an in person interview and a phone call later with the job offer to work part time or full time. I applied for the part time position but took the full time position.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
