There were several steps to the interview. The first is to meet with the Manager that you will
report to if hired. The second is a panel interview. It consist of other managers and also one current agent.

Entretien
The interview was relatively easy. The main goal of the Hiring Manager was confirming that the individual across the table has the right personality to work
with seniors.
Sadly, there is a high turn over due to poor Managment. It is sad to see that the high productivity sometimes takes the precedence over the doing the right thing.

Entretien
Managers seem eager to hire people. Questions were a little different. More behavioral questions rather than performance. 2 managers. One was in training. Interview was about 45 min. I believe some questions were repeated.

What was a struggle you had with an assignment, and how did you overcome the struggle.
They had questions set up for you. Definitely throw some questions that threw me off but it wasn’t bad. First interview was on zoom. Make sure to have questions prepared
