J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huge en sept. 2018

The process took 3 weeks, one initial screening and 2 technical interviews, I get an offer takes us another week negotiating some terms, I accept the offer in a call with the recruiter, a few hours after they call me saying me "we already cover the job position"
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huge (Bogotá, Bogota) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Extremely bad and negative interviewing process at huge inc. I received a job offer through Linked.
They contacted me to be a web dev, I told them my experience was mostly as a Mobile dev.
When I asked the to give me more information about the title, the tech stack and about what would be my actual responsibilities I wasn't given any information but instead their answer was always: "Don't worry we got a ton of jobs so even though you are not a web dev we still have stuff for mobile dev"
Then they send me a long test project that was supposed to take me just 2 hours but took me 3 days to complete. It was doing a landing page full of animations, different responsive designs.
After completing their project I never got contacted back again by Huge very unprofessional, very rude and everything seemed improvised and with 0 effort from their side. Thanks for making me loose 3 days.

A technical assignment, then a couple of interviews with Huge's architects and technical leader to sustain it and to have a set of Q&A regarding the open position, besides to demonstrate the experience in the field.
