I had 3 rounds of interview, phone call, 1V1 with ECD and the last round met team members. It was very good the first two rounds, especially ECD, he is a very nice guy, chatty and easy going. he didn't ask me some tough questions. just went through my work. But the last round was not good, two team members both are quite serious, didn't give me some respond after I present my work. HR replied me they made a hard decision, which they think my experience might not enough. I don't understand if they think my experience not enough why they asked me to go three rounds interview? They can just let me know after the second round.

Two separate interviews. The first one was with a HR person, and the second one was with around 4-5 people (mostly creatives) but 5-10 min each. This was an online interview, but before the pandemic. Everyone was nice and it was good to talk to different creatives to get the feeling of the work culture.
