Got a call back from submitting my resume online. They were looking for an engineer to be apart of a new office they were building out in the area. They gave me a take home test to complete, and after a few phone interviews called me into the office for a half-day in-person interview. After the interview, the recruiter called to tell me that I passed with flying colors, he told me there was an issue with the salary I requested. Then told me that I am overqualified for the position.

Is a bit long and a little bit hard, it took like 3 months to get an offer and sometimes is not very clear if you continue or not in the process
