I was asked to wait for about 30 minutes in the lobby when asked to be there at 10. Around 10:30 the manager came inside and told me it would be just a minute. After waiting until 11 she finally saw me and asked 3 questions that were already answered on my resume. She fumbled around with my resume and told me to, "wait a second while she thought of a question". She clearly had no idea what she was doing and I drove all the way down there to waste 2 hours of my time to NEVER even get a call, text, or email back after.

It was nice and easy. HR and manager were really welcoming and professional. I feel really calm and comfortable on the interview. It was a great experience for my first job interview in hospitality in the US
