After applying online, there was an initial phone screening where you speak with a hiring manager. If they like you from there, then you will move on to an in-person interview.

I was first contacted by a talent acquisition person and scheduled my first interview with the hiring manager and supervisor. My second interview was with the front desk manager. They all were nice and welcoming. The first interview was more intense and thorough of my background. The second interview was more relaxed and personal.
