I applied from Craigslist and got a call the next day. During my lunch break the following day I went for my interview. I met with the supervisor of food and beverage as well as the general manager of the hotel. Simple questions were asked, and I started training the next week.
The interview process was easy and the manager was friendly and on time. They scheduled you fast and in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Had a great interview experience with Hilton—professional, welcoming, and well-structured. The interviewer asked insightful questions and clearly explained the role and growth opportunities.
