Entretien
I did a phone screening and the recruiter was energetic and personable. I interviewed in person with two employees, and while they were nice, they completely lacked professionalism. Constantly checking their phones while I was talking, and they didn’t have straight answers for any of the questions I asked. I knew half way through that the position wasn’t for me, and they didn’t extend the offer anyways. A generic rejection email was sent, and there wasn’t an opportunity to provide feedback either.

the group interview was intense and was hard to showcase your skills. included working together to create a plan for a company, however brought out unhealthy and competitive behaviour. Over teams and were given a business plan outline and have to figure out the best solution.

Entretien
A very long and arduous process. Submitted an application online and did a digital interview a week later. 2 weeks later got called in for a face-to-face interview. Another 2 weeks go by and was called in for another face-to-face. Then never heard from them again. No yes or no. Just sitting here in limbo. You'd think in a department like HR where communication is key, they'd communicate more with an applicant.
