Just spent almost two hours preparing an application for a Director role. While most companies request VOLUNTARY data as the final step in the application process, Hilton's online application will not allow the submission of an application without completing the allegedly voluntary information. Not only is the information required by Hilton, the form's required fields REQUIRE identifying information including name, address, phone, etc. There is no opt out. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?

Entretien
Overall professional, but long. Ultimately they changed the job description so after many months it was moot. Disappointing but at least they didn't ghost. They had an initial screening then case study and 1 hour interview.

Standard. Exec recruiter hr screen. Hiring manager. Their leader. Peer panels. All standard questions and duration. Overall process went well. I did not accept as I was unable to guarantee the compensation I required and they wanted relocation.
