After applying online, I received email to take a personality evaluation online. after that, I had phone call, 5 minutes of basic questions that were on my application. Second phone interview asked me to describe a time when I didn't know what the correct action was. I was asked what my strengths and weaknesses were.

I had a good interview with GM, interview went very well but salary and manning were too low. hotel was franchised so its normal to have to deal with manual sheets and not best systems

First interview is a phone interview, then an in person interview. They contact you for an in person interview about a week after the phone interview. The phone interview is short and sweet and pleasant. They asked me about my previous work experience and why I want to work with the company.
