I submitted my CV via an external recruiter and it took a month to receive any feedback. I was eventually put through to a screening interview with internal HR. In this interview, the HR person laughed and told me she "didn't really understand the difference between communications and marketing" (which must make it challenging to recruit for a communications role!) Despite this I was put forward for a complex video interview, after which, I was told I was being put through to a final face-to-face interview. I then heard nothing for a month (and the external recruiter was not able to provide any update ). Out of the blue, I was told I was not being put forward after all, and there was no feedback as to why. Total waste of time and not a great indication of how they treat their people.

Great feeling with a very positive team. Good exchange, good listening and quick response. A team that makes you want to join the group and hotel. 2 productive interviews for an effective hiring proposal.
