Behavior questions: Simple and very straightforward. Expect to know some basic information about Hilton. Fast paced but smooth Interview process. Very clear on what they want you to be. Lots of employees was present, really encouraged conversation prior to the interview.

It was good first a phone screen for 15 min and then a 30 min interview since I passed that. Interviewers were nice but make sure you about the specific role and location you are applying to.

The initial interview involves a simple HireVue which is rather annoying, but not difficult.
The next stage is an interview weekend where you are invited to a resort property with other candidates and managers and go through several stages of interviews. These include a role play, team exercise, one-on-one interview (with set questions), and an HR interview
