Day 1: Presentation about housekeeping department + Individual short interview: where are you fro? How long would you like to stay in the UK? Have you been here (UK) previously? Do you have any experience related with the job?
Day 2: Presentation about the company, filling the contract and other documents.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth. Everybody welcomed us with open arms and we got free breakfast and lunch so that was a bonus. They also taught us about Hilton and what they stand for what they represent in the culture that they bring.

• Availability (shifts, weekends, holidays)
• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience
• Work authorization and basic communication skills

Entretien
In the interview, I first prepared myself by reviewing the job description and practicing answers to common questions. During the interview, I was asked questions about my work experience and how I solved certain challenges in previous projects. In the end, they gave me positive feedback about my approach and attitude, which made me feel very motivated.
