I applied for the position online and then heard back about a week later saying I was selected to move onto the next step. I had 3 days to complete an online interview where I recorded answers via my webcam. There is a practice option so that you can see how you look on camera, and practice the amount of time in answering the questions. The interview had 9 questions, some where you write back to them and some where you record your answer. Yo have 30 seconds to think about your answer and then you have 3 minutes to record your reply. You cannot watch your reply or edit it, you've only got one shot so I would suggest doing as much practice as you can so that you feel comfortable. I personally liked this way of interviewing, I could do it on my own time and from the comfort of my own home. The only part I do not like is the amount of time that the whole process takes, it could be another week until I hear back to see if I get an in person interview.

Fairly simple interview I was just asked why i wanted to work there then told about the job mainly asked where i lived and my flexibility. It was very informal if im honest.
