zoom interview with HR first. then f2f interview for about 3 hours, to meet the supervisors, then sit at the CS desk to observe their work, and lastly meet with line manager. Everyone is friendly and genuinely curious about your feedback and open to questions you may ask. You can also feel that while they care if they liked you, they also care if you like them. overall 12/10 experience
