After filling out application online, This online interview was the next step. Six questions in total. Takes about 30 minutes and there is sufficient time to practice at the start of the interview.

What is your background + tell about your career goal.
CV Screening, Self Recorder Interview, HR Interview, Business Case preparation, Business Case Presentation and Technical Inteview, Assessment Day in Liechtenstein. Long, but smooth process, HR very friendly and helpful in scheduling different steps.
CV selection, then was asked to a video interview answering a series of questions, then a face to face interview followed by a field ride to gain insight into Hilti products. Finally a 2 day assessment centre that includes role play, group discussion, self presentation and a business case to understand if you can mesh your finance knowledge with business comprehension
