After the scanning of CV and cover letter, there was an online registered interview where they give you 6 questions and After a period when you can think about it, you Need to answer each of the questions in 3 mins.

Describe your background... Why did you choose Hilti?
Very well done process, with feedback session and high management. All done in HQ with nice facilities. Congrats to the team that organized the whole session. Difficult process but great learnings from it

First a recorded interview where you answer questions, then a video call with TA talking about alignment, previous experiences.. then case study, where you receive a case (around 30 pages) and have 75 min to prepare a presentation.

Entretien
Several rounds of interviews: HR, Case Study, Business, if you make it to the end you will get invited to participate an Assessment Center in person. I didn't make it to the AC. The process is lengthy but HR is supportive and responsive to provide prompt feedback.
