Phone interview, 3 video interviews, and a pitch. They drag you through the whole lengthly interview process and wait to decline you. They also reach out to your references already before not giving you an offer.

My phone call with the recruiter went very well. I was informed about the next steps, including two additional interviews scheduled within the next week, a timeline, and a possible start date. However, I didn’t hear back from the recruiter about scheduling the next interview. I followed up with an email but didn’t receive a response until days later when I received an automated email saying I was not selected for the position. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of follow-through after a promising initial conversation. I’d advise others not to get their hopes up when dealing with this organization
