The interview was very relaxed and refreshing from the normal grilling and uncomfortable settings usually experienced when being interviewed for an open position. The interviewer provided detailed information about the organization, its current position in the marketplace and the future direction of the company. Specific departmental information, team structure and job responsibilities were discussed. Overall, the interview was a great experience.
