The hiring process at HUB was clear, supportive, and moved at a good pace. I appreciated how communicative and professional everyone was from the start. The interviewers took the time to explain the role and expectations thoroughly, and I felt encouraged to ask questions. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure it was a good fit, not just for them but for me too. It stood out from the other interviews I've had, in a good way.

Entretien
The interview process was very relaxed and enjoyable. Sitting over coffee having real conversations about what helps you and your career, what you expectations are, and what you would like to see in a company are far more beneficial than traditional interviews. Making sure your corporate personality is a good fit for the company is way more important!
