Multiple interviews, I believe I ended up having 3 which were all about 15-30 minutes long. They scheduled all the interviews within a 5 business day period, which I appreciate getting a final decision sooner. I interviewed for one job 3 weeks prior and was not selected, but HR had another position that I was qualified for, so I went through the interview process for the second position, which I was selected for. The first time ever someone said they would keep your application on file and actually reached out with another opportunity.
