After applying I was reached out to via email to schedule an interview the following week. The interview itself was quite relaxed and structured with casual "get to know you" questions and conversation integrated with an assigned list of questions. The interviewer was very friendly and personal which made engaging in conversation all the more natural.

It didn't take too long. Laken was very nice and knowledgeable, the questions weren't hard to understand. Was informed about expectations and requirements, and they were very understanding about needing a flexible schedule
