I got an email from HUB to set up a phone call with HR, and then scheduled the actual interview with Heather Allen. I did the interview and was given a time I'd hear back and was regularly communicated with which was awesome to me. It was nice not being in the dark during the process!

I was recruited via Indeed/ExpressPros. I answered some initial questions with the recruiter. He discussed my answers with HUB management. Then I had a Zoom interview with the agency managers before an in-person interview with the team.

They reached out on LinkedIn, had a phone conversation, scheduled the interview...they made me feel at ease during the interview and not only asked me questions but slowed me to ask questions and discuss the position and expectations
