Entretien
The process was swift and very responsive. I applied for the position via Indeed and was contacted the same week by Adam, a recruiter for HUB. There were two rounds of interviews. One with who would be my direct supervisor and the other with their leadership team. Every interview took place a week apart so that was refreshing. I would highly recommend applying for a position within HUB. They will value your time as you should value theirs.

Wonderful. The talent acquisition agent was kind, friendly, very personable and equally professional. Her polished demeanor set me at ease right away. The questions were challenging and engaging. She also was able to answer my questions in great detail which helped set me up for success for next steps.

Entretien
The interview was a two-day process, on my first day I interviewed with our service team lead, an account executive, and an account manager. The staff were welcoming and nice, they made my arrival pleasant and comfortable. They wanted to know who I was, wanted to know about my work experience in different areas; including insurance, working in a team, my organizational style and how I prioritized to meet deadlines and tasks. I was able to ask questions and further understand what type of person they were looking for. I met the rest of the HUB team in a second interview. We had a nice lunch while they asked me questions and were able to get to know about me. I was also able to ask questions and was given the opportunity to meet individually with the staff in their workstations and get a feel and understanding of the positions and the importance of customer service, teamwork, being able to multitask, and the work ethic. My interview was a great experience!

There were 4 interviews total over the span of two weeks. Two with managers, one panel interview and one meeting my producer. Was offered a position a couple of days later.
