I was invited into the local office for an in-person interview where I met with the Personal Lines Manager. The interview began with an introduction of ourselves and continued with expectations. Based on those expectations, I was able to offer examples of how my experience related or vice versa, maybe there was something I hadn't done before but was willing and eager to learn. I received a tour of the office/facilities and met a few of the other staff in other departments. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed.
